Yes, we ship packages to P.O BOXES.

PayPal and major credit cards are all accepted forms of payment.

Most orders will be process within 3 business days of purchase.  Shipping times may vary due to availability of the product.  Orders are not shipped on holidays. Expect up to 3-5 business days after processing to receive items and that does not include holidays. 

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, but we can always accommodate your changes with like for like items based on availability of that specific product item.

We aim on the next day delivery on orders placed between Monday-Friday before 1:00 PM EST. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of the product Orders are not shipped on holidays. Expect up to 3-5 business days depending on the shipping address provided. We start working on your order as soon as we get it, but we can always accommodate your changes with like-for-like items based on the availability of that specific product item.

We do not accept returns. We only accept exchanges, based on the inventory of items, at the time the request is made, with our customer service department via email.

Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct sizes and colors of the items in your cart. We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged or the incorrect item was mailed. If you need to make exchanges for the same item, based on the requirements above, please send your request to customer service at info@mckenxie.com and send your items to ( 6811 Kenilworth Ave Riverdale, MD 20737 SUITE #500. A return label will be provided.

Any request for an exchange of items must be received within 5 days of purchase items delivered and must be in the same new condition, with attached tags and labels. Exchange requests made after 5 days of delivery date to residence will not be accepted. If entitled to a replacement item, due to defect or damage, we will replace the product subject to inventory within a reasonable time frame.

If items need to be exchanged for sizing, please contact customer service. These types of exchanges will be considered and accepted based on the availability of inventory. The request must be made within 5 days of items being delivered to the residence. Items must be in the same new condition with attached tags and labels.

We do not accept cancellations.

We only accommodate exchanges for like items, based on the available inventory of that specific product.

We do not accept gift returns. Please refer to our exchange policy for additional information on processing.

Yes, international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
